As everyone knows, we have been working on updating and publishing a new version of the NM APWA Specs for sometime now. This has been a huge undertaking and has involved many, many volunteers. We will keep posting updates here as we make progress. Right now, we expect that the specs will be ready in the matter of weeks. We haven't finalized the costs for producing the specs as of yet.
